Welcome to One World Role Play ("Server", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your use of our FiveM roleplay server and any associated services, including our website, forums, and social media channels. By accessing or using One World Role Play, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

To participate in One World Role Play, you must be at least 17 years old. By accessing the server, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally allowed to participate in online gaming activities within your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

User Accounts: You may be required to create an account to access certain features or services on One World Role Play. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities conducted through your account.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering and using our services. Providing false information may result in the termination of your account.

4. Rules of Conduct

All users must comply with the following rules while participating in One World Role Play. Violation of these rules may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent ban from the server.

4.1 General Conduct

Respect Others: Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, and any form of offensive or inappropriate behavior towards other players or staff members is strictly prohibited.

Roleplay Etiquette: You are expected to engage in realistic and respectful roleplay. Powergaming, metagaming, and other roleplay-breaking actions are not permitted.

No Cheating or Exploiting: Using cheats, hacks, or exploiting bugs or glitches in the game is strictly prohibited.

No Griefing or Trolling: Intentional disruption of other players' gameplay or malicious behavior (e.g., spawn killing, spamming) is not allowed.

4.2 Staff Interaction

Follow Staff Instructions: Server administrators and moderators are responsible for ensuring that the rules are followed. You must comply with their instructions at all times.

No Abuse of Staff: Any form of abuse, harassment, or disrespect towards staff members will result in disciplinary action.

4.3 In-Game Property and Currency

Fair Play: Do not engage in any fraudulent activities, such as exploiting or hacking for in-game currency or items. Violations may result in account suspension and in-game asset removal.

Virtual Goods: Any in-game items, currency, or other goods purchased or earned in the server remain the property of One World Role Play and have no real-world monetary value.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, code, scripts, assets, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials associated with One World Role Play are the intellectual property of the server and its creators. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is prohibited.

Server Name: The name "One World Role Play" is protected and cannot be used without permission for any other servers, websites, or projects.

User Contributions: By submitting content (e.g., scripts, artwork, videos) to One World Role Play, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content in connection with the server.

6. Purchases and Donations

Tebex Store: Any purchases or donations made through our Tebex Store are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the service or product is not delivered as promised.

Virtual Goods: Any virtual goods or items purchased in-game do not have any real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for real currency.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or refund claim for any purchase or donation may result in the permanent suspension of your account.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. By using One World Role Play, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your personal information.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to One World Role Play at our discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem necessary for the safety or integrity of the server.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

As-Is Service: One World Role Play is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the server will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall One World Role Play, its staff, or its owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the server.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or server announcements. Continued use of the server after such changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the state of Tennessee.
